We recently met in Wageningen, the Netherlands, for the penultimate project partner meeting. ICARUSIt was a great opportunity to review the project's progress, share updates, and plan upcoming activities.

Over the course of two productive working days, we focused on Digital Compass Tool (DCT), now almost ready in its final version, on user guides and updates relating to the website and its use. In this final phase, we are preparing the open beta test of the DCT and defining communication activities to promote its use and disseminate its results.

The meeting was also a valuable opportunity to discuss the results achieved, coordinate next steps, and strengthen collaboration among all project partners. ICARUS is an Erasmus+ project designed for anyone who believes that learning never ends. Whether you're a student, a worker, someone seeking new opportunities, or simply want to continue growing, ICARUS helps you gain awareness of your skills and guide your development path.

At the heart of the project is the Digital Compass Tool, a digital tool that helps you reflect on your knowledge, skills, and abilities. Through self-assessment and guided reflection activities, you can identify your strengths, pinpoint areas for improvement, and plan the next steps in your learning journey.

The Digital Compass Tool allows you to:

  •  Assess the skills you already possess;
  •  Define learning and personal growth goals;
  •  Identify new skills to develop;
  •  Track your progress over time;
  •  Reflect on your journey and future opportunities.

In a world where education and work are constantly evolving, ICARUS offers you a space to pause, take stock, and plan your future with greater awareness.

The Digital Compass Tool is free and open to everyone. There's no obligation, no pressure: just an opportunity to get to know yourself better, unlock your potential, and continue learning.
